Heart of the Matter Ministries International Inc, is a Cincinnati based Christian Organization established in 1999. 
 
Sylvester and Karen Woods, the ministry’s founders, have a call and a mission to promote wholeness and restoration. They work to build a healthy, sound, biblical and Spirit-filled foundation in the lives of hurting people.
 
Heart of the Matter Ministries impacts people through life changing Workshops, Consulting, and Music.
